Larger vinyl auto decals can be applied in the same manner, but if the decal design allows, customers may cut them into sections before applying. The auto decals can be removed by simply applying a small amount of heat with a hair dryer until the area is warm to the touch. Peel back a corner with a knife or tweezers until the auto decals can be grasped with the fingers. Slowly pull at a 90 degree angle and when the removal is complete, the surface should be wiped down with an adhesive remover after testing a small area to ensure that no damage is done to the finish of the vehicle.
